I think you can join every race apart from the events which take place at the Rockingham track.To join you just have to join the server on time. You can find the password for the server below this chatbox.

New Season, New Champion, New Hope
A new season, a new champion (LRK-racer) and fresh start for drivers both new and old. Race 1 of the 22nd season of the S2 series of Absolute Beginners race took place at Aston North in the reverse direction. All drivers were limited to the XFG for this race. 21 drivers took to the track in an attempt to put their cars on pole. Mazdarati was the only driver to get into the 30's as he took the pole with a 2:30.93. LRK-racer was not far behind as he sat beside Mazdarati on the grid. If the first race was any indication of the new season it appeared that the top spot was going to be contested by the same two drivers. With AkuLambat joining forces with LRK-racer to form Gernesian Racing Team 1, THR would have to be on top of their game to continue their dominance in the constructors title.
