I think you can join every race apart from the events which take place at the Rockingham track.To join you just have to join the server on time. You can find the password for the server below this chatbox.

Hello racers,
because of the 16h race on Fern Bay, it is more appealing to race on FE4R this weekend on the 3rd of oktober.
People who want to practice racing are welcome to JOIN FE4R this sunday, and compete with the race. So also GT2 and NGT classes, if you want to. It gives you a great opportunity to prepare, and at le mans a larger grid is always welcome. It will not affect the le mans scores, only GTR drivers score points, the rest will be filtered out.
KY3 will move to the 24th of october.
Keep in mind that FE4R will be a 2 hour race, and KY3 will be a 3 hour race now!
